My feet walk me around.
The ground smells sweet and earthy. While tuning in, the woods are showing me there little treasures, secrets and silent wonders. I look at a stunning engraver beetle creation, a hoverfly in the sunlight, a moorhen that is keeping distance, the peace of an old pine tree. Going slow, I admire and wonder...

...stones, shells, seaweed, wood, polished by the salt water, floating on the shore. My eyes glide over the stranded little bits. Collecting has been going on for a long time, I am becoming more selective about what I take home.
It is refreshing. Either it gives me fresh air, new treasures for my curiosity closet, or a great inner reset.

Walking in the forest, along the coast, in meadows or parks. By connecting my senses with the nature around me, I experience blisful sensations, inspiration and grounding.

During the stormy waves that society brings, we often forget ourselves as part of nature.
Let us cherish, care and be grateful for this earthly wealth.
